DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and ensure the smooth operation of the company's internal computer network. Handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. Perform troubleshooting and repairs on hardware and software. Conduct regular data backups and maintain server system security. Manage internet connectivity and monitor its stability. Manage, update, and maintain the company's website. Provide technical support to employees regarding the use of devices and software. Identify and resolve technical issues quickly.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, network engineering, or related roles. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Proficiency in digital marketing and web design (experience in web commerce preferred). Proficient in Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL databases. Strong understanding of LAN network configuration and troubleshooting, particularly with Mikrotik (preferred). Understand SAP, Windows, Linux operating systems, and Microsoft Office. Able to check activity logs and investigate the root cause of an issue. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta.
