REQUIREMENT

Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience with IT networking, including familiarity with Mikrotik equipment, Cisco scripting, and Python programming. Prior technical support experience with the ability to handle 15-30 support tickets per month, ideally within the marine or shipping industry. Strong knowledge and / or experience in Marine Satellite Communications equipment highly preferred. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT network-related issues, including understanding how traffic is routed. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues effectively. Experience in sales order processing, logistics coordination, and shipping documentation is advantageous but not essential. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage tasks efficiently. Open to candidates without a logistics background but with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
