DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Diagnose and troubleshoot system and installed application. Provide basic user training of company in-house system. Audit IT hardware and software inventory. Provide onsite IT support to HR Department. In charge of updating source code and software solutions. Ensure software remains user-friendly to maximize daily business operations. Assist in data extraction and preparation of HR reports whenever required. Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.
REQUIREMENT

Higher NITEC in Information Technology or equivalent qualification Min 1 year working experience in relevant field (Programming and Desktop Support), preferably with HR background would be a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.) Good team player with positive attitude Excellent time management
