Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR and GA strategies that enhance organizational performance and drive business success.
Human Capital Development: Lead initiatives to identify, nurture, and retain top talent through competency mapping, training programs, and career development planning.
Organizational Development: Design and execute programs to improve employee engagement, optimize organizational structures, and support business goals.
Policy and Compliance: Ensure alignment with labor laws and internal policies, and effectively socialize company regulations to employees.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in HRGA managerial roles with a strong focus on human capital and organizational development.
