DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for leading product development and enhancements within defined scopes. The role involves collaborating closely with business users, IT development teams, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery and maintain high quality. Additionally, the System Analyst acts as a critical liaison between the Product and IT Development teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly translated into best technical solutions.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, System Information, or any related field Knowing banking industry is an advantage Strong proficiency in MySQL databases especially handle process large data Have a good strategic planning intuition, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience in cross-function collaboration especially with Product and Tech team and defining priority list Having experience as Developer & Technical skills a plus Ability to interpret a variety of business processes in written, oral, or diagram flow Proficient in English, both written and oral
