DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including installations, configurations, and upgrades. Maintain and monitor endpoint devices for optimal performance and reliability.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in desktop support or a similar role. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/macOS) and IT asset management tools.
