DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor banking systems and applications in real time to ensure smooth operations with minimal interruptions. Handle incidents and troubleshoot issues, working to quickly identify and solve any problems that impact performance. Work closely with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve system quality. Support the deployment and updates of applications, ensuring smooth transitions. Analyze system performance and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency. Document incidents, causes, and solutions for future reference. Maintain data security and manage user access permissions according to banking policies. Provide support to users by answering questions and addressing any application-related issues.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Good understanding in Java Spring boot 3 years of experience in production support, preferably in banking (3+ years for Senior level). Strong understanding of server environments, networks, and database systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle). Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Elastic Nagios, Splunk, or similar). Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team or Client. Knowledge of data security standards and banking regulations is a plus. Willing to work in shifts or be on-call if needed
