DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Drafting letters related to employee matters.
Informing relevant parties regarding the preparation of work facilities for new employees.
Supervising the storage of data and documents related to employee matters to ensure they are always up to date and neatly organized.
Reviewing and preparing reports related to employee matters.
Reviewing employee allowance requests and forwarding them to the relevant department.
Coordinating the management of BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan.
Coordinating with HR Holding regarding salary reports and employee data.
Coordinating with relevant parties concerning the management of company regulations.
Conducting exit interviews with employees who submit resignations.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Management, Law and Psychology or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in the HR field.
Possess skills and abilities in communication, negotiation, and MS Office.
Proficient in human resource management, labor law, and ISO 9001:2015.
