REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in any field. Advanced degrees in Marketing is a plus. Proven Minimum 7 years experience in Retail Management, Sales Management Minimum 7 years experience in retail management or a similar leadership role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction. Strong understanding in Retail Operation with handle mutiple branch overall Indonesia. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, analytical and problem-solving skillswith the ability to engage and inspire learners at all levels. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
