DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Administer and coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance review in the 1st year working. - Support employee relations by addressing grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture. - Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding processes. - Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and HR projects. - Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management, offering insights to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction. - Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system to ensure data accuracy.
REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. - Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role. - Well understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations. - People oriented person with good communication skill, and have positive vibes. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. - Proven experience in employee relations, people development and recruitment. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
