DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

At least 3-5 years of experience in IT project management or a related field. Proven track record of developing/managing service application projects from start to finish, including coordinating technical and non-technical teams. Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, etc. Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technology solutions. Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in preparing and managing project documentation. Strong communication skills for stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners. Ability to motivate teams and ensure smooth collaboration across departments. PMP (Project Management Professional), Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is required; a Master’s degree will be considered a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges efficiently. Ability to identify project risks and create strategies to mitigate them. Strong leadership skills to guide the team toward successful project completion. Results-oriented, with a focus on meeting project deadlines and goals.
