DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts analysis to provide insightful financial information to stakeholders.
Manage the company's budget, including variance analysis and financial forecasting to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Manage costing processes that include cost control, and analysis, to initiate cost reduction strategies to optimize financial performance.
Oversee all financial accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Ensure compliance to accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls; conduct regular audits and implement enhancements as needed.
Manage, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance and accounting functions to support overall business objectives.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
2-3 years of experience in a public accounting firm is a plus
Strong knowledge of accounting and tax principles and financial regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is required
