REQUIREMENT

5+ years of experience in sales, specifically in EPC projects (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) involving the procurement and installation of gas rotating equipment such as compressors, turbines, and pumps. The candidate should understand the full EPC project lifecycle, from engineering, procurement, to construction, and be familiar with the tender and contract processes in the oil, gas, and energy sectors. Hands-on experience in selling and promoting gas rotating equipment, with a deep understanding of the technical specifications, operational performance, and industry demands for this equipment. The candidate should be able to offer solutions tailored to client needs in gas and energy projects. Deep understanding of the EPC process in the oil, gas, and energy sector, from design to construction. Ability to explain technical specifications of gas rotating equipment to clients and grasp detailed project requirements. Familiar with industry standards such as API, ASME, and ISO. Strong communication and negotiation skills to build client relationships and close sales contracts. Well-connected in the EPC industry, especially in gas and energy projects. Expertise in preparing commercial proposals that meet both technical and commercial specifications. Collaborate with technical and procurement teams to ensure client needs are fully met. Proficient in using CRM and other tools to track sales pipelines and optimize results.
