DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting network and server performance. Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. Collaborate with IT staff on system updates, patches, and security configurations. Document technical processes, procedures, and configurations. Provide support for technical issues and escalate as necessary. Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic knowledge of networking, server management, and operating systems. Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
