DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain IT policies and procedures for assigned area consistent with Institute policy Develop Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) Develop standard operating procedures and ensure team members follow industry standard ‘best practice’ Confer with and supervise subordinates on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods Provide support and guidance to other team members in the Software Development Lifecycle processes such as reviewing, designing and testing Performance, scalability, durability, and load testing of Connected Vehicle and Ford Pass consumer solutions Cross-function engagement as it will be aligned predominantly to the Product Development feature owners, Marketing & Sales business partners, and application delivery teams Lead the incidents management process for all Severity 1 incidents to resolution Manage all other incidents and user requests to timely resolution Ensuring correct execution of Incident Management Process using operational guidelines
REQUIREMENT

Employers hiring for the IT supervisor job most commonly would prefer for their future employee to have a relevant degree such as Bachelor's and Collage Degree in Computer Science, Education, Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, Technical, Leadership, Engineering, Management, Technology Experience in a related with our duties & responsibilities 5 years of practical work experience in broadcast engineering and/or IT Strong facilitation experience and active listening skills Able to maintain the stability of the LAN network and the connection between the branch and the HO Able to implement software for antivirus and other malware Can programming languages and be able to create simple systems for system development in the company Strong team building and relationship management skills Creative and Flexible in approaching different situations Previous supervisorial experience highly preferred
