DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store Oversee stock and store operations
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience Proven experience in retail management, Service, preferably Retail in Luxury Goods Industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Willing to have an background check including BI Checking The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, Sales Performance and STaff Development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
