DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using Java technologies to support the operations of the life insurance sector. 2. Work under the guidance of senior developers and team leads to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. 3. Collaborate with business analysts to discuss and develop technical solutions. 4. Participate in testing and debugging to ensure the performance and quality of applications. 5. Assist in the integration of third-party APIs and services to enhance application capabilities. 6. Learn and apply best practices in coding, testing, and documentation through code reviews and mentorship from experienced developers.
REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. 2. Have experience as IT Programmer Analyst for at least 1 year 3. Have knowledge of Java programming and be familiar with related frameworks, including Spring and Hibernate. 4. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 5. Able to use SQL. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Interest in the life insurance industry and eagerness to learn about its products and processes.
