DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Establish and grow new client accounts to boost sales and drive customer acquisition efforts. Recognize, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand market reach. Work closely with internal departments, such as Finance, Legal, and HR, to develop and deliver client proposals and pricing estimates. Foster productive partnerships with key clients and suppliers to support sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Gather and analyze customer feedback along with market insights to adjust strategies as necessary. Prepare and deliver detailed sales performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for management’s review. Design and implement streamlined processes to improve sales operations. Offer precise cost breakdowns to support client proposals. Maintain compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory standards.
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience managing projects across various sectors, including manufacturing, construction, transportation, technology (IT, electronics, automotive), and oil/gas/mining industries. Strong understanding of industries like freight forwarding, transportation, and project or warehouse management. At least four years of experience in a sales role with a demonstrated history of success. A professional with a positive attitude, disciplined work ethic, and a solid track record. Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, along with strong analytical abilities. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Highly motivated, target-oriented, and preferably under 38 years old. Demonstrates a proactive, results-driven approach and a service mindset suited to logistics. Displays an entrepreneurial mindset with excellent skills in communication, presentations, negotiations, and relationship-building.
