Manage a set of key accounts portfolio
Analyse the customer’s needs/challenges through data-driven methods and structured planning sessions, and then propose the most effective solutions
Find opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services as complete sourcing solutions.
Develop and implement account plans to nurture positive relationships and drive sales growth for each key customer.
Design engagements and build relationships with top management/ decision-makers of each key customer
Focus on ensuring customer success and value to drive business retention and expansion
Partner with colleagues from various departments to establish action plans or customer programs when necessary.

The Role
This is a B2B sales role for an individual contributor. We need a candidate who can demonstrate a consultative selling approach, using insights and data to drive sales, and who excels in strategic sales planning.
REQUIREMENT
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably in a digital or e-commerce capacity
Possess a good business degree from a reputable college/university
Proven track record of developing a portfolio of key accounts on a regional or national level
Ability to build relationships with senior managers and decision-makers
Ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers at all levels
Experience in developing new revenue streams
Ability to develop good quality proposals and present to a large audience
Ability to facilitate customer solutions workshops or similar sessions
Experience in simple program/ project management
Demonstrate strong analytical skills to derive insights from related market data
