DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans.
Present ideas to management for the marketing strategy which include marketing programs, strategies, budgets, etc.
Create strategic marketing plan for all brands.
Independently lead and manage product/marketing projects, develop a complete integrated marketing plan based on the annual product roadmap.
Analyzes current performance, trends, market conditions and other contributing factors.
Carrying out evaluations and the latest innovations related to marketing systems.
Manage and develop special event, promotion plan and sales promotion program in a proactive way with ensuring the desired goals and objectives achieved.
Plan and prepare events and exhibitions both in and outside cities.
Ensure marketing department is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and complains are being handled correctly.
Manage working relationship with third party creative / media agency, vendors, business partners, etc.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Management/Marketing
Good communication, Creative Thinking & Analytical Skills
Detail and able to execute plans
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Drive, competence, flexibility, and a willingness to learn; agile and able to adapt quickly.
Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of how platforms work, with experience in social listening and data analytics.
Strong ability to communicate ideas clearly, a strong analytical, data driven mindset.
