REQUIREMENT
5+ years of sales experience (B2B) in lubricant / metalworking / manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profitability Able to develop and implement sales strategies and business plans Strong understanding of metalworking processes, tools, and technologies. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the metalworking segment. Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing their needs and challenges. Good understanding of the lubricant market and competition in Indonesia Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin/Hokkien is an advantage) Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Placement : All Area Indonesia
