DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare and deliver a weekly commercial presentation or assigned report to the Board of Director Manage the internal sales team and external sales force (property agents, traditional brokers, etc.) so that the sales targets are met Oversee and manage the marketing budget, incl. conduct market survey Develop and manage the Marketing Plan or Roadmap, incl. marketing promotions and events Create and manage the marketing and sales strategy Manage the issuance and maintenance of price lists Manage the company website Conduct monthly competitive analysis (products, activities, achievements, etc.) Support the Business Development (BD) department by analyzing new or potential projects (e.g., SWOT analysis) Identify and secure new vendors, ensuring a minimum of three offering letters per purchase order
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Min. 8 years of experience in Property Industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company competitive Strong commercial business acumen with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset Highly developed interpersonal and communication skill Experience in identifying and developing new market opportunities Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities Have a strong relationships with broker agents, independent agents, and other key partners
