DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere • Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to analyze and map out current processes, identifying opportunities for automation. • Build, test, and deploy RPA workflows and ensure they run efficiently in a production environment. • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and maintenance of existing bots. • Document processes and provide ongoing support for automation solutions. • Monitor bot performance and handle any issues or improvements needed in production environments. • Participate in code reviews, best practice discussions, and RPA platform governance initiatives.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 1 or 2 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath or Automation Anywhere Proficiency in programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python. Strong understanding of business processes and process mapping. Experience with SQL and database querying. Knowledge of API integration (REST, SOAP) and ability to work with OCR tools. Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
