Develop Route-to-Market (RtM) & channel strategy for his / her region.
Developing General Trade Channel through solid Distributor. Management Process to increase sales productivity, distribution expansion, channel development, in-store execution.
Partnering with Modern Trade Key Account team to win in Modern Trade Channel through improvement of sales fundamentals & in-store-execution.
Partnering with Trade Marketing to formulate supports for General Trade, Modern Trade & Food Service Channel.
Ensuring end-to- end supply chain process from demand/sales forecasting up to supply planning & availability stock at point of distribution.
Actively engage, providing insight & feedback for commercial planning & integrated business planning process.
Achieve AOP sales volume, value, sales fundamental & execution.
Develop his/her team through coaching, directing & feedback
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree
Experienced as Regional Sales Manager minimal 10 years in FMCG.
Leadership Competencies : Learning Agility, Presentation Skill, Planning, Communication, Organizing, Listening, Building Effective Teams & Driving For Result.
Technical Competencies : Route-to-Market Management, Distributor Management & Business Planning, Trade Marketing / Category & Channel Management, Sales Forecasting & Demand Planning & Review
