DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Advise company on employee/industrial relations, labour laws, IR policies,company regulations / PKB nd ensure the process runs smoothly. Establish communication, coordination, monitoring the conductivity, for relationships with internal (between the Union, employees, management) & external parties. Manage end-to-end learning program such as module development, management trainee program, develop E-Learning Design and expand learning & development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual. Work in team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any learning or development program is becoming increasingly important. Develop effective induction program
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in law or related background. Having min 3 years of experience in Industrial Relation/Employee relation & Training Development Having experience in negotiating agreements, collective bargaining and other employment relations activities. Having excellent knowledge of Employment Law that follows government regulations. Having strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve common goals. Has good interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others. Effective in both spoken and written English.
