DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Create sale order in system according to the order information submitted in Dingtalk system by salesman.
Track the open items sales order processing, and timely feedback to leader and specific business staff in charge
Create internal transfer order in system according to application approved by the GM or ASM or Product manager.
Make a sales report according to the daily sales order and invoicing situation,
According to the changes of the salesman , submit the new demand for the sales group in system to the leader of finance department.
Timely feedback to the specific salesman and the leader if the customer has overdue, the credit limit is excessive, and the available inventory is insufficient when creating sales order in system.
Timely feedback from various non -compliance situations in the process of creating sales order.
Other tasks arranged by the leader
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree (S1)
Finance major, college degree or above, bachelor degree or above is preferred
Able to communicate in English, Mandarin preferred
Proficient in ACCURATE, SAP, MICROSOFT OFFICE and other office software
Strong and Understand accounting
Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills
Can join immediately
