DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for sales performance activities Monitoring sales and payments from customers Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives Develop and manage sales department budget Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities Report sales activities, including sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activities Handling customer complaints and customer satisfaction issues Set individual and team sales targets Analyze sales data on a regular basis (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) Create sales and marketing programs Prepare and complete action plans and define customer service standards and system improvements Handling Quotation, Sales Business Contract / Agreement, PO and Placing Order Maintain, increase & achieve sales turnover Providing information about products and services Hold coordination meeting with Sales Executive Make offers to prospective customers and follow up offers
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields from reputable University Max 35 years old Have experience in Sales Position for Construction Company Preferably have experience as a Sales Engineer for Mechanical & Electrical products Familiar with construction method, material and equipment (Project Based & Spare part) Having SIM A & C Fluent in English, both oral and written Able to operate computers and other applications that support work Having good communication & negotiation skills Able to build and develop relationships/networking Able to work independently and in a team as well
