REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not always required, depending on the industry 1-2 years of sales experience in a relevant field. Experience in a specific industry building materials can be an advantage. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively. Ability to effectively present product information and deliver persuasive sales pitches. Good listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Flexibility in working hours, especially when dealing with customers in different time zones or when meeting urgent sales needs.
