DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supporting for CR ( change request ) and CM ( corrective maintenance ) in support for customer Creating MOP for request customer and generate technical documents such as Method of Procedure (MoP), corrective and preventive maintenance report documents. Submitting daily report Reviewing MOP and submit to customer after manager approval Be ready 24x7 for trouble shooting during oncall period Performing identification analysis and troubleshooting of any technical issues and get the restoration / resolution and the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) Reviewing the monthly and quarterly report and submit to customer after manager approval Presenting the corrective and preventive maintenance report to customer.
REQUIREMENT

Hold bachelor’s degree in information technology / computer engineering or Telecommunication. Min 5 years’ experience in network technology deployment Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytic tools at Tier 2/3 support level. Proven track record of troubleshooting to resolve issues. Deep knowledge in Juniper Routing Switching Technologies Has Juniper certificates is a plus JNCIP and JNCIE is preferable Flexible, proactive, ability to work with minimal direction in an open and fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration skills; works well on a team. Fluent in English and good communication skills Have experience to presentation to customer
