DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Understand Company Licensing & Legality. 2. Create and review Draft Agreements, both internal company agreements and external company agreements with third parties. 3. Monitoring the implementation of company contracts with other parties. 4. Archiving all company data relating to legal/legal aspects of the company. 5. Manage permits related to the company. 6. Managing and overseeing HR administration activities (attendance, BPJS registration, Overtime, employment contracts & others) 7. Compile and update employee records 8. Assist in payroll preparation 9. Preparing for recruitment needs 10. Handle Administrative works
REQUIREMENT

1. Hard Worker, Responsible & Neat in the work 2. Diligent, Concentration, detailed oriented 3. Have an understanding of labor laws and regulations 4. Understanding Legal drafting well 5. Able to work independently & work under pressure 6. Understand HR management (Selection & Recruitment, Training, Performance Assessment) 7. From any reputable University with GPA min. 3,00 8. Able to operate Ms. Office 9. Can speak English in oral & written
