DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for renewal and documentation of all matters connected to work and stay permits for expatriate.
Responsible for expat management and related compliances - including visas, house, Internet, Car, Telephone etc
Register BPJS and Health Insurance for all employees.
To maintain, file and coordinate for renewal of all company licences and administrative documents.
Responsible for all day to day routine office administrative activities.
Ensure safe and proper custody of all documents and data.
Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of various reports.
Coordinating with the client’s group offices across various countries in connection to various tasks and activities.
Maintain calculation related to payroll and compensation benefit.
Register all PKWT to respective manpower office around Indonesia.
Keep update to management all new regulation from government related expatriate and immigration etc
REQUIREMENT
Experience in HR and Admin function for at least 3 years
Minimum Diploma in any discipline or higher
Proficient in both written and spoken in English
Having good computer knowledge, Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint
Detail – oriented, able to multi-task
