DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Working closely in sales team to understand customer’s requirement, business environment and formulate project win strategies and value proposition for proposals. 2. Engage internal stakeholders such as other product managers, headquarters expert’s assurance when and where required to ensure the proposed solution is supported through from proposal to order. 3. Leading or supporting presales including solution design, request for quotation, BOQ（Bill of quotation）and extensive customer centric communication to ensure business success. 4. Produce and deliver formal technical proposals and solution presentations to key customers. 5. Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Solution Teams to ensure that these requirements are implemented by Huawei solutions.
REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Communication, Electronical Engineer or Computer related degree 2. At least 4 years with presales knowledge & with experience in telecom company. Require the candidate the candidate to understand how to handle customers. 3. English is a must, Chinese language ability is preferred 4. Be familiar with at least one domain from IP/DWDM/Access. 5. Be able to design and plan transmission or Access network. 6. Has knowledge of network insight, analysis and optimization. 7. Has to have presales knowledge, being able to handle customers well & have conflict management skills/knowledge 8. Be able to understand customer requirement and design HLD solution accordingly 9. Has capability of communicating and influencing customer. 10. Public presentation skill is mandatory and Negotiation skill is a must.
