REQUIREMENT
Degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant field (Diploma or Bachelor). Prior experience as IT Support for 1 year minimum. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Upgrading, installation and maintenance of HW, SW, Network Interpersonal and Communication skill Have a good communication skill in oral and writing (email) Can work by personal or in teams and performs good in under pressure Willing to work overtime (weekday or holiday)
