DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
IT Admin Support: Assist with day-to-day IT administrative tasks, including but not limited to user account management, IT purchase requisition and vendor invoice management.
1st Level Infrastructure Support: Serve as the initial point of contact for resolving application-related issues and inquiries from end-users, escalating complex issues to the appropriate IT teams as needed. Basic Network, Infrastructure, VPN, office 365, email, PC set up and Velox.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of support activities, including ticketing systems, status updates, and resolution notes.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues and maintenance tasks.
Compliance and Security: Adhere to company policies and procedures related to IT security, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
To provide ad-hoc on site support for 2 office.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum ITE Skills Certificate
Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative support role with a focus on IT support functions.
Basic understanding of SAP applications or other enterprise-level software systems is a plus
Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office, in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
