REQUIREMENT
- At least Diploma/Bachelor degree from reputable universities - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position. - Strong interpersonal skills and adept at employee relations including conflict resolution. - Client focused, customer service disposition. - Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and exercise confidentiality. - Highly organized and self-motivated. - Demonstrated commitment to working with a diverse staff. - Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company - Good communication skills in English and Bahasa - Strong ability in operating Microsoft Office (Excel)
