DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Directs daily operations of the Infrastructure & Support Team, analyzing work, establishing priorities, developing standards, setting deadlines, and following up on execution. Serves as escalation point for IT infrastructure & Support Team on technical problem resolutions. Develops IT Operations policies and procedures that support the IT Strategic Plan. Responsible for the on-call after-hours support team. Provides hands-on Tier 2/3 support to end-users in solving technical problems and fulfilling service requests. Design and implement LAN and WAN data networks, VoIP solutions, wireless networks, and/or IT infrastructure solutions to support voice and data services at all company locations including underground and/or open pit operations. Responsible for building a resilient and redundant infrastructure that reduces and eliminates failures and downtimes and supports the 24x7 delivery of IT Services. Provides Servers, Core Switches, Firewalls, and Routers installation and administration. Responsible for the IT Disaster Recovery plan including regular testing of the system and documented procedures on standing up the system in the event of a disaster. Oversees the IT cybersecurity program including regular assessments, audits, monitoring, and remediation. Perform periodic network assessments and network/systems security audits.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, but any other field is welcomed. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role. Experience in IT Infrastructure within the mining industry preferably within remote sites locations is a great plus. Strong technical experience in designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining network, communications, and systems infrastructure. In-depth knowledge of Cloud Servers, Network Administration, TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, IT Security, and VoIP. Strong Knowledge of server and network infrastructure enterprise design models, practices, and technologies. Strong Skill in enterprise-based server and voice and data networking technologies. Initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Willing to travel, comfortable to work in different time zones. Leadership ability to develop and support a team with cooperation, trust, collaboration, and ownership Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users. Good English verbal and written skills are a great plus.
