DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform daily applications & system health checks Manage and support company's IT infrastructure (Network, System, Storage etc) Provide end user devices support for internal staff Prepare and maintain proper documentations on IT assets, network diagrams, system configurations etc Member of application release deployment team, responsible for deploying application releases to UAT & Production environment Liaise with vendors on procurements, installations & support related matters Occasional after office hours and weekend support is required Any other assignment as assigned
REQUIREMENT

Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent At least 2 years working experience in IT Infrastructure/IT Operations/Application Support required for this position Strong working experience in RHEL , Fortigate firewalls, Hypervisor (Linux KVM & Windows HyperV), Ansible, Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker and related IT infrastructure technologies Intermediate knowledge on network setup ( VLAN, IPSec VPN, SDWAN, Routing protocol etc) Able to work independently with good initiative and willingness to take on responsibility
