DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage day-to-day operations of the data centers, ensuring uptime, reliability, and security of all IT systems. Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and related infrastructure. Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, training, and performance management. Collaborate with IT teams to plan and implement data center expansions, upgrades, and migrations. Develop and enforce data center and system administration policies, procedures, and standards. Monitor data center performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Manage relationships with data center service providers, vendors, and equipment suppliers. Ensure compliance with data center security protocols, industry regulations, and best practices. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. 5 years of experience in data center management and system administration, with a proven track record in a leadership role. Strong technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networking, and virtualization technologies. Experience with system administration of Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, and cloud hypervisor such as VMWare and XenServer Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Experience with data center infrastructure management (DCIM) tools and monitoring systems.
