DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Organize and coordinate within collection team related to billing process schedule Provide analysis of billing result to make improvement Monitor and evaluate result of all operation and administration activities related to billing process Negotiate, consolidate, coordinate and maintain relationship with Business Partners and other unit
REQUIREMENT

Min. Bachelor's Degree from any relevant major. At least 1 year experience in billing of insurance company or other financial institution Customer focus & perseverance for continuous improvement Good analytical, problem-solving skills & logical thinking Agility to work with cross-functions team Analytical & Negotiation skill Good communication & presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Visio
