DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Manage day to day critical Data Center operations, facility engineering operations, asset operations, security operations. 2. Follow policies and procedures to meet required SLAs. 3. Responsible for colocation data center service providers to meet contracted performance SLA’s. 4. Monitor service delivery performance against targets and customer service indicators. 5. Lead critical environments operations, technical due diligence, root cause analysis. 6. Build and maintain high team leader morale, and positively cascades corporate and departmental communications. 7. Analyze and execute improvement plans. 8. Highlights any potential concerns / risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
REQUIREMENT

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Electrical / Mechanical / Electronic, or other engineering field professional certifications. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft office, working e-flow documents report. 3. Minimum 5 years of experience in large Data Center Management. 4. Experience working with multiple infrastructure teams, project teams. 5. Highly driven, self-managed individual. Greatly developed problem analysis and critical thinking experience. 6. Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes. 7. Can communicate by mandarin
