DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and manage a team of Developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable web applications Manage & prioritize development pipeline and monitor & evaluate its progress Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or similar Devops Tools Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks within the team Resolve incidents and ensure system availability within SLA Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Proficiency in fullstack development, with expertise in technologies such as Spring Boot and React.js Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation Experience with databases such as Oracle and Oracle PL/SQL Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of agile methodologies and practices Excellent leadership and team management abilities Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire team members Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) Placement, South Jakarta
