DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Providing IT systems, office automations and end-user devices deployment and support at Singapore properties. Experience in rolling out and installation of OS, troubleshooting, and reconfiguration in a Wintel, Mac, IOS and Android environments Support Microsoft Office Suite and other company endorsed desktop and mobile applications. Support IT assets & inventory maintenance for all offices within Singapore; including software licenses, printers, desktops, laptops and mobile phones provided by company. Administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory, email system, as well as other software and application systems hosed in Singapore properties. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues; prepare accurate and timely reports; document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles. Manage incident and service tickets Ability to communicate with/manage external IT vendors would be an added advantage. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Possess a bachelor degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Technology or the equivalent. Proven hands-on experience of technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent client-facing skills, and keen attention to details would be an added advantage. Must have a dynamic, outgoing personality, be a good team player who is approachable and cheerful. Good communication skills: able to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise & logical way and be sensitive to audience diversity. Be able to understand end users’ pressure and to support them in a constructive way. Ability to clearly explain complex technical issues to non-technical people Experience in providing technical support to Senior Management would be an added advantage.
