DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage the OSS Team and IT Infrastructure Activities: Oversee the Operation Service Support (OSS) team and handle all activities related to the SSG IT infrastructure.
Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with various sections, departments, and site managers to achieve the company's objectives.
Supervise and Train Team Members: Provide guidance and supervision to team members, ensuring necessary training is established for those under your responsibility.
Assist in Budget Management: Support the Head of Department in managing and controlling the IT infrastructure budgets.
Ensure System Performance and Maintenance: Ensure all systems under your responsibility operate efficiently and are maintained both technically and economically.
Set IT Infrastructure Priorities: Collaborate to determine local IT infrastructure priorities, considering business needs and global objectives.
Formulate and Execute Strategies: Work with Global Service Managers to develop and implement local IT infrastructure strategies aligned with global objectives.
Participate in the IT-International Organization: Ensure effective communication with other sites as part of the IT-International organization.
REQUIREMENT
Educational Background: MS/BS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Science (CS).
Experience: At least 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills.
Writing and Documentation: Proficient in writing and documentation.
Team Player: Effective team player.
Technical Knowledge: Expertise in IT infrastructure, including LINUX (SuSE), Windows, WAN/LAN.
Project Management: Experience in project management, vendor management, and e-commerce projects.
