DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Giving report to Sales Department under the supervision of Sales Director. Monitoring market trend, propose specific marketing plan, and execute the plan based on market change in the assigned region. Managed selling targets in assigned region based on Sales Department development plan. Analyzing the market research in the assigned region. Adjusting sales strategy with the marketing characteristics in region. Manage the representatives of regional sales, provide training, and make the performance assessment. Manage good communication and long-term relationship with other region, dealer, and partnerships in assigned region. Adjusting the company marketing and pricing policies based on assigned region. Taking control of property and goods security in the assigned region. Manage team to complete any temporary task from Sales Department and unexpected events from region.
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 35 years old Minimum of 3-5 years in regional sales management in a related field (telecommunication, retail of smartphone accessories, or fast-moving consumer goods companies). Minimum S1 in any background. Experience in leading teams, sales planning, and handling customer Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willing to work at any branch office in the same area. Able to speak English. Plus point in Mandarin.
