Recording and maintaining office expenses
Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture and its purchasing matters
Managing Company's vehicles and drivers and checking the operational expenses
Overseeing office services and maintenance service providers
Handling travel arrangements for managements, staffs and Company's guests and all of its related affairs
Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mails. Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing documents.
Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of office area and monitoring the works of office helpers
In charge of receptionist area. Greeting and filtering visitors/guests to ensure their appointment confirmation beforehand.
Managing security and telecommunications systems. Filtering incoming calls and handling queries or complaints via phone, email and general correspondences. Contacting external parties if requested by management or other departments.
Assisting the HR team with recruitment, onboarding and termination processes
REQUIREMENT
Has Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major from reputable university
Good/Fair English speaking and writing skill
Min experience 2 years in similar position
Has professional appearance, neat, and good manner
Open minded, hardworking, discipline, honest, willing to follow orders and requests, flexible, strong dedication and mentality.
Willing to work or stand by to be contacted outside working days/hours.
