DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Strategic HR Partnership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment. Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning. Training and Development: Identify training needs and deliver programs. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Change Management: Support change initiatives for business growth. HR Metrics: Analyze HR data to improve HR processes.
REQUIREMENT

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a HRBP role, preferably in the distribution and retail industry. Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in HR software and data analysis. Attributes: Proactive and results-oriented. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
