DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Engage in full cycle of recruitment process including source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates.
Managing client job order request - Understand and assessing client’s IT hiring requirements and business needs.
Follow up closely with candidates and ensure smooth journey till onboarding
Provide guidance and support to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong network of qualified IT professionals through various channels & develop long-term relationships to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.
Draft resume and recommend to Account Manager.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices including exploring new channels to look for suitable candidates
Other administrative duties as per company’s guideline
REQUIREMENT
At least 1 year recruitment experience in IT/Tech roles.
Candidate with In House Recruitment Experience are welcome to apply
Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
A winning mentality, resourcefulness and driven.
Ability to converse professionally with both clients and talents on a daily basis
Ideal, but not a must: Diploma / Degree in HR or other related field.
