DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure Sales target are achieved monthly Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the stipulated period. Assist purchaser in obtaining end-financing and to arrange for necessary documents to be executed by purchasers with the Group's panel of lawyers. Prepare sales reports to be submitted to Immediate Superior on a weekly basis. Support the marketing team in the implementation of sales & marketing programmes. Attend to all matters pertaining to sales from initial enquiry to execution of documents. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT industry. Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment. Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills. Possess a positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Able to work on weekends and public holidays. Placement in Sawangan, Depok.
