DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To provide in-depth support to the Asia Pacific Commercial Excellence Group. To update and manage a centralized effort in creating and validating new accounts in CRM. To manage and validate my Emerson registration for new customers and set up access to confidential company portals such as MyAssets, My Training, etc. To help improve the quality of leads so that the sales team can focus on solid opportunities and achieve high lead conversion rates through data cleansing and effective lead qualification. To develop a lead dashboard that will serve as the basis for the sales and management teams to track the status, monitor, and follow up on lead qualification efforts.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related courses. 3-5 years of work experience in CRM Administration, Lead Management, Lead Qualification, Data Management Experience in using any Customer Relationship Management tools Intermediate Excel Understanding of basic statistics and data analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Business Intelligence. Knowledgeable in Oracle software.
