DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Responsible for the Management of the in-house physical and digital database. to ensure database is updated daily and all documents are filed correctly
2. To ensure standardization of database for all projects
3. Responsible for the digitization and management of all project documentation (including all documents, drawing, invoices, correspondences between internal and external parties)
4. Collect daily raw data from the department then digitize and organize them with the database
5. Manage the database access requirement of the department by coordinating with the IT department
6. Maintain confidentially around sensitive information and terms of agreement
7. Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
8. Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
9. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management
REQUIREMENT
Any Diploma/Degree in related discipline, experience in Project Document Controller is a plus
Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Exce, Powerpoint, etc)
Well organized and a good planner
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, both verbal and written
Prepared to be stationed at Head Office Medan
Candidates fluent in English is a plus
